Build the Future. Solve the Challenges. Be Part of the Transformation.We’re looking for a hands‑on Construction Engineer to support commercial construction and renovation projects at The Brook. This is an active field role where you'll help bring projects from framing through final finishes while working alongside internal teams and subcontractors. From carpentry and drywall work to project coordination and problem‑solving, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving our facilities in a fast-paced operating environment.

What You’ll Do- Support construction projects from framing through final finishes
- Perform hands‑on construction work including framing, carpentry, trim work, drywall installation, finishing, and small concrete projects
- Assist with layout, field verification, and interpretation of construction drawings
- Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors and internal teams
- Monitor work for quality, safety, and schedule compliance
- Identify and help resolve field challenges and construction issues
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas within active operating facilities
- Hands‑on construction experience and a willingness to work in the field every day
- Experience in commercial construction, renovation, or skilled trades preferred
- Ability to safely work in an active construction environment
- Basic ability to read and follow construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills
- OSHA 30 certification, or the ability to obtain it during onboarding
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying site conditions
- Interest in growing into expanded field or project responsibilities
