Java Developer with IDMC – New Hampshire

• Gather system and user requirements, build Java, Spring Boot, and AWS modules, and test features before release.
• Interact and work collaboratively with stakeholders such as Agile development teams, Dev Ops teams, and IT management.
• Work in Agile teams to deliver stories and develop product features.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Provide technical and domain thought‑leadership and mentor junior team members.
• Review and approve software design and developed code.
• Provide effective design/solutions for implementing product features.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Focus on continual process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.

• 6‑8+ years of professional IT experience developing software applications using Java technology.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering.
• Strong fundamentals in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.
• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and a desire to learn quickly.
• Customer‑facing communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile development and Scrum process (desirable).
• Experience in Agile projects, preferably SCRUM or Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Experience in waterfall and Agile projects.
