Qualifications:- High School Diploma
- Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed
Athletic Director
Evaluation:Performed seasonally by the Athletic Director with feedback from building administrators
Job Goal:To enable each student athlete to pursue a meaningful experience in our athletic program by providing opportunities to develop, perform, and achieve results on the field and in life.
Performance Responsibilities:- Report directly to the Athletic Director
- Develop and review all plans and schedules for the season in coordination with the Athletic Director
- Curriculum and practice planning
- Training and student-athlete development
- Game and event coaching and management
- Adhere to all guidelines and procedures of FMRSD, NHIAA, and the Athletic Program, maintaining professional coaching standards
- Engage in professional coaching development
- Monitor academic success, manage equipment inventory, and participate in fundraising activities
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Athletic Director to support student-athlete development
