The British Swim School is coming to Southern NH! Our unique, mission-based organization seeks a FUN and ENERGETIC Lead Swim Instructor to train and supervise our team at our first location, Downtown Manchester. As our Lead Swim Instructor, you will lead this pool's team of swim instructors and customer service reps. You are responsible for providing the premium customer service, water safety instruction and fun, exciting swim lessons that British Swim School stands for.

You’ll oversee the complete operation of the location, from instructor training, certifications and scheduling, to conducting lessons, customer service and ensuring all swimmers, parents and staff have fun. • A minimum of 3 years leadership experience in a customer-centric industry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Love and passion for leading, teaching and elevating employees’ performance
• Ability to quickly grasp and understand information
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends - that's when our swim schools are the busiest!

Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude.

The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.

We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool.
