Are you passionate about skiing or snowboarding and enjoy working with gear and guests alike? Join our team as a Rental Shop Technician and help ensure every guest is equipped for a safe and fun day on the mountain! In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for selecting and adjusting rental equipment, performing basic tuning services, and providing expert guidance to guests.

If you’re mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and love being part of a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, we’d love to meet you!
Must have availability for evenings and weekends.

What You’ll Do:

• Select and fit skis, snowboards, boots, and bindings based on guest needs
• Adjust bindings and release settings according to safety standards and rental forms
• Inspect equipment for damage and send questionable items to repair
• Perform basic tuning services as needed
• Keep the rental shop clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Answer technical questions and assist with unusual equipment situations
• Provide resort information and help resolve guest concerns with professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in ski/snowboard rentals or equipment handling preferred
• Ability to crouch, lift up to 25 lbs, and remain in a stationary position for extended periods
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to obtain certification for binding adjustments
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• A passion for winter sports and guest service!
