• Safely transport students with developmental or behavioral challenges
• Follow assigned routes and adjust for delays or emergencies
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Document trip logs, attendance, and incidents
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, schools, and families
• Respond appropriately to behavioral situations and emergencies
• Support charter and school‑related transportation as needed

• Age 25+ with a clean driving record
• Available Monday‑Friday for split shifts (5:30‑9:00 AM and 12:30‑4:30 PM)
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor
• Willing to obtain School Bus Certification and CPR (training provided)
• Must wear company uniform and  while on duty
