Shift: 4 to 5 day flexible schedule, Sunday‑Friday (Fridays mandatory).

Hours:

5:00 pm until finish. Pay: $26.25 per hour plus incentive pay; after 3 months the base rate increases to $29.54. Eligible new hires receive a $5,000 retention bonus.

• Safely and accurately select customer orders; build and wrap pallets to meet weekly productivity and accuracy standards.
• Perform pre‑shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack.
• Move products from racks to pallets using order‑selecting software and equipment.
• Validate correct product selection and ensure items are damage‑free.
• Deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink‑wrap palletized orders.
• Assist teammates in clearing aisle debris, moving empty pallets from slots, and returning pallet jacks to charging stations.

• Work comfortably in a temperature range from
  -5 °F to over 100 °F.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs of product repetitively; move 1,000+ cases of product during each shift.

• Ability to read and communicate in English for training, conversations, safety coaching, label reading, and data entry.
• Work 8‑hour or longer night shifts, typically Sunday–Thursday; occasional weekends and holidays may be required.
• Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in a high‑endurance or highly physical role, such as lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, or construction.
• Experience selecting large‑scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
• Experience operating a motorized pallet jack or similar equipment is preferred.
