A growing company in New Haven is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing customer accounts, resolving billing issues, and making a direct impact on the company's financial operations.

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $24-$30/hour

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist:
- Process invoices, payments, and cash applications accurately and timely
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
- Reconcile customer accounts and assist with month-end closing activities
Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist:
- 2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
