Job Summary

In this important position, you will gain critical skills as you provide support to our Director of Estimation and/or Director of Construction and play a critical role in the success of our projects; you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Responsibilities

Bid Management

Pre-Construction

Estimation

Pre-Qualification

Procurement

Qualifications

Proficiency with Word, PRO-EST, Excel, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Procore.

Strong Pre-construction Experience/knowledge

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. Lead by example.
