Surmount Innovations is a privately owned company seeking entry-level Inside Customer Service and Sales Representatives. We strive to go above and beyond for our clients and employees, aiming to be better than the average representative by achieving goals, satisfying clients’ needs, and listening to employee input. The role handles all products to inform customers, answer questions, manage complaints, relieve concerns, and meet customer wants and needs.

You will help customers understand what services will work best for them and ensure they are satisfied throughout the process, from signup to installation if necessary. You may upsell available upgrades from standard to more personalized service and will develop skills to positively impact the client experience.
