Join a group practice the maintains a high quality, patient centered medical care to the local community. The environment in which you can collaborate on improvement in care delivery and service with management, other physicians, and staff. We are actively seeking a board-certified Family Medicine provider to join our group, providing high quality outpatient care in a primary care setting.
Education/Licensing Requirements:
Graduation from accredited medical school (MD or DO).Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Valid and unrestricted Connecticut medical license or ability to obtain.
Valid DEA registration and Controlled Substance Certificate Academic appointments are available.
