Emergency Medicine Physician

This opportunity is with a well-established, privately owned urgent care organization serving the New Haven, Connecticut area
. The organization is seeking multiple Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Physicians to join its Urgent Care team in the New Haven, CT area
. Physicians will rotate between six local locations
, all within 35 minutes of each other
, and provide comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages.

• Provide urgent care services to patients of all ages
• Rotate between six local urgent care locations
• See approximately 25-50 patients per 12‑hour shift
• Perform suturing, splinting, and standard urgent care procedures
• Conduct workers' compensation physicals
• Work either independently or alongside another provider
• Accurately document all encounters in the EMR (
  Experity )
• Adhere to clinical quality standards and patient safety protocols

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• Eligible for or active Connecticut medical license
• Comfortable with high-volume urgent care settings
• DOT certification required (or willingness to obtain after hire)
• Strong clinical judgment, efficiency, and communication skills

• Schedule:
  • Facilities open 7 days/week, 8:00 a.m.
    
    - 8:00 p.m.
  • Work 7 shifts over a 2-week period
  • Must be able to work 4 weekend shifts per month
