Inpatient Psychiatry

Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group seeks a full-time, board certified/board eligible, adult or general psychiatrist to join our expanding behavioral health team at Mount Sinai and Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Centers inpatient facilities.

This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a collaborative inpatient psychiatry group providing general psychiatric services for our inpatient unit. This care unit is fully staffed with an occupational and group therapists, social work support for individual therapy and case management, and a dedicated insurance utilization review team.

In this role, youll be part of a dynamic team with credentialing at both Mount Sinai and Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center. Our affiliation with the Quinnipiac University Frank H. Netter School of Medicine offers you a faculty appointment and opportunities to supervise and teach medical students rotating through the unit during their internships.

  - 5 p.m. weekday schedule with a telephone call rotation
• Provide psychiatric consultations for patients admitted to the ED or medical/surgical units average volume of consultation cases is low
