The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and strategic partner to the CEO, Board, and investors. This leader will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, FP&A, reporting, treasury, risk management, and capital strategy — with a focus on supporting operational excellence and driving growth initiatives across manufacturing and technology business lines. This is a hands‑on, growth‑oriented finance leadership role ideally suited for an executive experienced in private equity–backed environments

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the CEO, Board, and private equity stakeholders to develop and execute financial and operational strategies that drive value creation.
  • Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities; provide forward‑looking insights to inform executive decisions.
  • Manage the company’s capital structure, including debt and equity financing, banking relationships, and investor communications.
  • Oversee preparation of timely and accurate financial statements, board reports, and management dashboards.
  • Strengthen internal controls, compliance, audit readiness, and financial governance across all business functions.
  • Drive operational efficiency and profitability through data‑driven analysis of cost structure, product margins, and working capital.
  • Lead FP&A initiatives to support manufacturing expansion, supply chain optimization, and IoT/software growth.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with operations, R&D, and sales to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Support due diligence, integration, and financial modeling for potential acquisitions or strategic partnerships.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing finance and accounting team.
  • Serve as the primary financial liaison to private equity sponsors and the Board of Directors, presenting KPIs, growth strategies, and value realization progress.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
  • 10–15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
    , including at least 5 years in a CFO or VP Finance role within a private equity‑backed company (preferably manufacturing, technology, or industrial products).
  • Proven success working directly with private equity investors — including board reporting, capital structure management, and value creation initiatives.
  • Strong track record managing P&L, budgeting, and FP&A in complex, multi‑entity environments.
  • Experience in manufacturing operations
    , hardware/software or IoT
    , and global business strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success implementing systems improvements (ERP, BI tools, automation) and enhancing financial transparency.
  • Skilled in cash flow management, working capital optimization, and operational cost control.
  • Strong M&A experience — including due diligence, integrations, and post‑transaction financial alignment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence working with investors, lenders, auditors, and executive peers.
  • Hands‑on, collaborative leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
