Position DescriptionThe Senior Financial Analyst for Operations FP&A will be responsible for providing analytical, reporting, and financial planning support across multiple Operations units. This position plays a critical role in helping unit leaders understand financial performance, identify trends, and make informed operational and strategic decisions.
The Senior Financial Analyst will support key FP&A activities, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly financial monitoring, as well as assist in the development of long-range financial models and reports. Working closely with unit leaders across the Operations portfolio, the Senior Financial Analyst will prepare recurring and ad hoc analyses that provide insight into operational performance, resource utilization, and cost drivers.

The Senior Financial Analyst will also contribute to the preparation of presentations and materials for senior leadership, ensuring data accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
In addition to recurring responsibilities, the Senior Financial Analyst will conduct specialized analyses on topics relevant to Operations units, supporting both short‑term management decisions and long‑term planning efforts. The role also involves supporting ad hoc financial modeling and data requests, often tied to strategic initiatives, capital planning, or operational improvements.
The Senior Financial Analyst must demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, comfort with financial systems and data visualization tools, and the ability to clearly communicate findings to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
