Job SummaryThe Senior Quality Specialist is responsible for assessing the quality of clinical trials conducted within the Cancer Center. This position participates in all aspects of CTO clinical research integrity, compliance and privacy initiatives, including workforce orientation, incident response and documentation, clinical research monitoring and quality reviews, CTO staff education on clinical research compliance topics, and providing support for policy and procedure development.
Job Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in health related discipline or other related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ of professional work experience in clinical research
- Experience in Oncology research setting strongly preferred
- Experience working with human subjects research related standards
- SOCRA/ACRP certification preferred
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills required
