Compensation: Up to $30 per hour

Schedule:

Evening shifts: 2:00 PM 8:00 PM

Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM or 4-hour shift

Stretch Med is dedicated to helping clients eliminate chronic pain, improve mobility, and restore energy through one-on-one assisted stretching. As an established studio in New Haven, we work with clients of all ages and activity levels to help them move better, feel better, and live better.

We are seeking a Certified Stretch Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized one-on-one stretch sessions using the Stretch Med method. You will help clients improve flexibility, mobility, and overall quality of life while maintaining a professional and supportive environment.

• Deliver assisted stretch sessions using Stretch Meds proven method
• Guide clients through structured stretch flows with real-time feedback
• Apply percussion therapy to enhance recovery and circulation
• Track client progress and adjust sessions based on goals and feedback
• Educate clients on the long-term benefits of assisted stretching
• Build rapport with clients by providing a positive, professional experience
• Recommend memberships and packages to convert intro sessions into clients
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment
• Participate in community awareness efforts and referral promotions

• Certification, license, or degree in a movement-related field (e.g., personal training, massage therapy, physical therapy aide, exercise science, athletic training)
• Strong interpersonal skills and genuine desire to help others
• Ability to follow structured systems and deliver personalized experiences
• Physically capable of assisting client movement and standing for extended periods
• Dependable and punctual with consistent availability for evenings and rotating Saturdays
