• 🎓 Active CT LPN license

• 🩺 Current BLS certification (Peds BLS Certification Preferred)

• 🛂 Eligible to work in the U.S.

• 🚘 Valid Driver's license and Reliable Transportation

• 📄 Recent physical exam (within 1 year)

• 🧪 PPD/Quanti
