Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 2 years of large trauma center experience for a night shift assignment.

• Position is based in a short-term acute care hospital with Level I Trauma Center designation
• Works in the CT Tech unit handling trauma and acute care cases
• Night shifts are 4x10 hours, 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend
• Floating to sister facilities may be required
• Uses Epic EMR system, prior Epic experience preferred
• Must wear teal scrubs
• Facility allows up to 7 days of requested time off to be auto-approved
• Return staff must have at least a 2-year gap to be eligible as travelers
• No local candidates unless applying as a CT Technologist; locals must accept a local rate
• Parking is available for a monthly fee
• Participation in natural disaster or emergency response activities may be required

• Minimum of 2 years recent CT Technologist experience in a trauma center setting at a large facility
• Current BLS and required CT certifications
• License required if applicable
• Flu vaccine required with no declinations accepted
• COVID-19 vaccine and booster required, exemptions allowed for medical or religious reasons
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
