Job Description
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Outpatient Psychiatry
Location: New Haven, CT
Job Type: Full-Time (W-2 or 1099)
Schedules: Mon-Fri

At Psych Plus, our mission is to increase access to high-quality mental health care by integrating technology to improve patient outcomes.
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) or Physician Assistants (PA-Cs) to join our behavioral health team.
Responsibilities
- PMHNPs will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing psychiatric care for outpatient behavioral health patients.
- PA-Cs are welcome to apply for the outpatient role, depending on their experience and qualifications.
Compensation
- $150,000–$150,000 annually
- Compensation is based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, or outpatient medicine
- Active Connecticut (CT) license and DEA registration
- PMHNP or PA-C certification, as applicable
