Valet Captains – Full‑time and part‑time (start immediately)
Responsibilities- Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
- May be asked to perform cashier duties.
- Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self‑park vehicles.
- Help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
- Maintain the company uniform appearance, greet and thank guests, resolve issues, and be all‑around a pleasure to be with.
- Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Assist local management with small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.
- Issue ticket to customer upon arrival.
- Help the management team guide and supervise other parking valets.
- Ensure all vehicles and keys are organized and in appropriate areas.
- Open all vehicle doors for guests. Assist with luggage when necessary. Open building doors for guests if applicable.
- Issue receipts upon customer’s exit, as applicable.
- Report any known accidents or violations of company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrence to the local manager.
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company’s standard valet operating procedures.
- Always maintain a neat and orderly location, free of debris and trash, with clean windows void of unapproved company posters or decorative hangings.
- Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including: stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking each customer upon exit.
- Assist customers with directions and other inquiries.
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients.
- Always maintain a neat and clean appearance in adherence to company standards.
- Report any known accidents or violations of company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the local manager in a timely manner.

- You are at least 18 years old.
- Ability to adapt to minimal to moderate noise levels.
- You have a valid driver’s license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
- Energetic, outgoing, can stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs if needed.
- Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues positively and helpfully.
- Valet parking experience 1 year+.
- Customer service experience 1 year.
- Free parking while working at your assigned Propark location(s).
- Other experience as relevant (not all-inclusive).
