- Cleans function rooms prior to set-up.
- Report any torn carpet, missing door stoppers or burned out light bulbs.
- Set equipment to Daily Work Sheet specifications. Check with supervisor if information on worksheet is not clear.
- Provide required amenities, as dictated by Department Standards.
- Refresh meeting rooms per scheduled time.
- Clear foyer areas of equipment immediately after conclusion of function.
- Complete special projects as directed by department management.
- Works flexible hours including midnight shifts.
- Moves convention material boxes, programs, etc. from hotel receiving docks, registration areas, and meeting room to meeting room.
- Care for hotel / banquet equipment by writing work orders when deficiencies exist.
- Move equipment to various function rooms using basement path.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Accommodates special customer needs, hanging banners for meetings and food/beverage functions.
- Performs other duties as required by super
