Title: Desktop & End User Support

Duration: 12 Months

Location: New Haven, CT

Rate: $30/hr - $35/hr

Requirements
  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and OS issues (Windows/macOS)
  • Support email, VPN, network connectivity and Wi‑Fi issues
  • Install, configure and update applications and system software
  • Manage user accounts, passwords and access (AD, O365, VPN)
  • Perform device imaging, deployment and upgrades
  • Handle incident tickets and ensure timely resolution per SLAs
  • Support remote and onsite users
  • Document issues, solutions and standard procedures
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
