Title: Desktop & End User Support

Rate: $30/hr - $35/hr

Requirements- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and OS issues (Windows/macOS)
- Support email, VPN, network connectivity and Wi‑Fi issues
- Install, configure and update applications and system software
- Manage user accounts, passwords and access (AD, O365, VPN)
- Perform device imaging, deployment and upgrades
- Handle incident tickets and ensure timely resolution per SLAs
- Support remote and onsite users
- Document issues, solutions and standard procedures
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
