• Guide the overall vision and daily operations of our New Haven branch to ensure we are truly serving our neighbors.
• Coach and support our sales producers, helping them hone their skills and reach their personal career milestones.
• Oversee client acquisition strategies, focusing on building long‑term, high‑trust relationships within the community.
• Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure our coverage options remain relevant and effective for our specific client base.
• Manage branch performance metrics, keeping a steady eye on growth while maintaining high standards for service.
• Represent The Atlantic District at local events to keep our finger on the pulse of the New Haven area.

• Active Connecticut Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License.
• Minimum of five years of experience in insurance sales and account management.
• Deep understanding of the Connecticut insurance market and regional risk factors.
• Strong track record of mentoring junior staff and fostering professional growth.
• Fluency in modern insurance management software and standard office productivity suites.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities for community engagement.
