We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team in Madison, WI. As we expand our offerings and enter new global markets, you will play a key role in managing complex litigation and providing counsel on potential risks in regulatory, competition, healthcare, and other legal areas. Your responsibilities will include handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, representing the company in high‑stakes proceedings, and forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with existing and evolving legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.
Responsibilities- Manage complex litigation across regulatory, competition, and healthcare domains.
- Advise on risk mitigation and draft motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
- Represent the company in depositions, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and trials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and industry partners.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and international legal frameworks.
- J.D. with experience in risk mitigation counseling, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
- Competitive background in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and creative problem‑solving mindset.
- COVID‑19 vaccination status.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required; relocation costs will be fully reimbursed.
