ResponsibilitiesThe IT Project Manager 4 carries out multiple responsibilities:
- Program Manager for Yale's Cultural Heritage IT (CHIT) Collaboration and Project Manager for Integrating Cultural Contexts project (ICC).
- Align efforts across CHIT collaboration current and post-project operational work, including the ICC project, Environmental Monitoring project, LUX, and development of new collaboration initiatives.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities of multiple working groups, committees, and communities of practice. Ensure communications across the CHIT program, including leadership, stakeholders and users.
- Coordinate ITS development, implementation and support of CHIT projects and initiatives. Monitor priorities, timelines, deliverables, and goals.
- In consultation with committee chairs and project leads, set meeting logistics, prepare agendas, provide notes and other documentation.
- Manage budget, resourcing, schedule, gating, monthly project reviews, annual planning, and other ITS project management activities for Cultural Heritage projects.
