Nurse Practitioner - Gastroenterology

We are looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Gastroenterology team at our clinic near New Haven, CT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gastroenterology and be proficient in using advanced practice provider (APP) skills.

The primary responsibilities of this position include
:

• Performing comprehensive patient assessments and developing treatment plans
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
• Administering medications and treatments
• Educating patients about their conditions and treatment options
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care

The ideal candidate will have
:

• A Master's degree in nursing (MSN)
• A current license to practice as a nurse practitioner in the state of Connecticut or willing to obtain
• Strong clinical skills and decision-making ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to providing high-quality patient care
