You will oversee patient care across outpatient clinics, inpatient unit, and community settings to ensure continuity of care.
The role requires a nursing degree, CT RN license, and at least 2 years of acute/chronically ill oncology/hematology experience; certification in Oncology Nursing and/or BMTCN
