Lead medicinal chemistry efforts for preclinical PROTAC projects, focusing on degrader-antibody conjugates, to guide programs toward clinical candidate nomination.
Responsibilitiesdesign and synthesize PROTACs, analyze SAR and multivariate datasets, collaborate with external CROs for synthesis and data needs, and provide strategic scientific updates to leadership.
RequirementsPhD in organic or medicinal chemistry; 8+ years in pharma/biotech drug discovery; extensive experience with antibody-drug conjugates and structure-based design; strong understanding of pharmacokinetics and in vivo pharmacology; proven project leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
High Valueexpertise in PROTAC technology, antibody conjugates, structure-based optimization, pharmacokinetics, and preclinical decision-making.
Work Setuphybrid at New Haven, CT; onsite with flexible arrangements.
