Retail Forklift Driver

Retail Forklift Driver (34-40 hours per week) — IKEA

• Contribute to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.
• Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.
• Move product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Perform sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Select goods for customers within the agreed time frame to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Certify all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Handle goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operate scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems.

Hourly pay range: $19.57-$27.83

Hours:

34-40 hours per week, with open availability including weekends for shifts scheduled between 5 AM and 8 PM.

• 4 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Certification in at least one power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred.
