Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in New Haven, CT. The Picture Frame Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and driving sales. Responsibilities include assisting customers with consultations and purchases, managing the display of showroom products, and providing leadership to a team dedicated to customer satisfaction. The role also requires coordinating with various departments to maintain a high‑quality service standard and up‑to‑date product inventory.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in customer service with a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and overall customer experience
  • Hands‑on experience with picture framing, including guiding customers on frame styles, materials, and finishes
  • Demonstrated sales ability in a showroom or retail environment, with a focus on consultative selling
  • Proven organizational and leadership skills to manage day‑to‑day showroom operations efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities to address customer needs and resolve challenges effectively
  • Prior experience in the home décor or framing industry is a plus
  • Proficient computer skills, including order entry and basic software systems
