• Setting Appointments
  : 6‑8 hours per week – reach out to potential clients who have requested coverage and schedule meetings to discuss mortgage protection options.
• Research
  : 4‑5 hours per week – analyze client information to tailor options that meet their financial needs for death or disability scenarios.
• Meetings with Families
  : 2 days per week – conduct virtual or in‑person presentations of coverage options, discuss details, and guide clients through the application process.
• Administrative Support
  : 2 hours per week – follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

We are looking for coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Skill set isn’t everything for this position.

This is a commission‑only sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection plan is approximately $600 per family. A full‑time agent is expected to sell 5‑10 mortgage protection plans per week. Uncapped commission, a competitive bonus structure, and incentive trips are available based on individual and team results.
