Role DescriptionAt Neighbourgood, we don’t just provide spaces — we create communities. As a Leasing & Sales Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of connecting people with the right living solution, ensuring every member has an exceptional experience from first tour to signed lease (and beyond).
This is a role for someone driven by results, energized by people, and passionate about creating seamless, supportive processes that turn prospects into long‑term community members.
What You’ll Do /Key Responsibilities
- Identify member needs and craft tailored solutions that align with our offerings.
- Pitch to prospective members, giving them a sense of belonging and excitement from the start.
- Drive new deals while managing renewals, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct tours, manage follow‑ups, and handle conversions with professionalism and care.
- Capture and track data across booking platforms and internal systems.
- Schedule tours, respond to inquiries, and facilitate the full leasing process.
- Set up support systems to streamline sales workflows and communication.
- Negotiate lease and sales agreements with confidence and transparency.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of contracts and supporting documentation.
- Forecast availability, analyze trends, and support team targets with insight and reporting.
- Strong sales techniques and a proven ability to convert leads into deals.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required).
- Customer service mindset with the ability to build trust and long‑term relationships.
- Comfort with data entry, booking platforms, and CRM/administrative tools.
- Lease/sales negotiation experience preferred.
- Forecasting and analytical skills to support sales strategy.
- A proactive team player who thrives in a small, collaborative environment.
- Fast‑paced, people‑focused role, balancing member experience with sales goals.
- Requires strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
