THE JOB

• Run pre-set, qualified in-home appointments throughout Connecticut
• Conduct consultations to identify customer needs and wants
• Utilize FSBS' proven sales presentation to present solutions, overcome objections, and close on the first visit.

REQUIREMENTS & CULTURE

• Experience
  : 1+ years in customer-facing roles (Retail, Wireless, Hospitality) and/or commission-based roles
• Skills
  :
  Strong communication and a passion for home improvement.
• Logistics
  :
  Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
• Mindset
  :
  Coachable, high-energy, and self-motivated.
