• Friday/Saturday - 10pm to 6am
• Saturday/Sunday - 2pm to 10pm

Compensation
:

Hourly wage of $18.54 (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees). Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, paid time off, paid holidays, disability and life insurance, career growth opportunities, and free uniform.

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities.
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Successfully pass an extensive screening process.
• Strong report‑writing skills.
• Excellent visual activity and concentration skills.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
• Prior security, military, or law‑enforcement experience preferred.
• State license if required.
