Job Description:

The Part-Time Handyman will perform general repair, maintenance, and light construction work for commercial clients in the New Haven area. The ideal candidate has a broad range of skills and takes pride in completing work efficiently and safely.

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and minor installations

• Handle carpentry, painting, drywall.

• Diagnose problems and determine appropriate repair methods

• Ensure all work meets safety standards and client expectations

• Maintain tools, materials, and company equipment in good condition

• Communicate professionally with clients and team members

• Complete work orders and document completed tasks

• Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or similar role

• Strong problem-solving and time management skills

• Must have reliable transportation and basic tools

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours (approximately 15–25 hours per week)

• Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
