Technicians go into clients' homes to install new residential heating and cooling systems.

• Install residential HVAC systems in client homes.
• Provide excellent customer service and problem solving.

  Base salary up to $100,000 and bonus program.
• Sign‑on Bonus up to $3,000 for top candidates.
• Paid Training
  : 150 hours per year.

• Experience as an HVAC Install Technician.
• Relevant licenses and certifications.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Pass background check and drug test.
• Clean and neat appearance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hard‑working and motivated.

• CT D2 license (Required)
• CT S2 license (Required)
• EPA Certification (Required)
