New Reach is seeking a full-time Peer Case Worker to provide person-centered peer-to-peer support to households affected by housing instability. The role offers mentorship on parenting skills, household duties, education navigation, and daily living skills based on lived experience with homelessness or related challenges.
Within the Supportive Housing Program, you’ll develop action plans, maintain confidential files, and help secure appropriate housing.
