ProgramSummary:
Sierra Center Work Release is a residential work release program that provides individualized treatment services, job preparation, and substance use education to adults under the supervision of DOC. These services are provided to assist with successfully re-entering the community while avoiding new offenses.
Position Summary:The Case Manager will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure, case management, job development and supervision to justice-involved men as they re-enter the community. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice-involved. An ability to be both structured and compassionate while maintaining professional and respectful boundaries is required.
Requirements:- High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of related experience in the direct service and case management field
- Associate's Degree
- Valid driver’s license
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
If selected for employment with The Connection, newly hired employees will be required to attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at our Roscommon office located in Middletown.
