Previous manufacturing lead experience is required.
1st shift - 6:30a - 3:00p
What You’ll DoProvide daily leadership, guidance, and frontline support to production employees to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality work.
Execute and adjust daily work plans, including filling in for critical production roles and reviewing work orders, layouts, and drawings.
Train, coach, and support team members while helping resolve production issues, communication gaps, and workflow challenges.
Assist with quality checks, safety protocols, investigations, audits (5S, LOTO), and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage materials and inventory needs, conduct cycle counts, and help oversee the department when the Production Leader is absent.
What You’ll Bring3–5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, with prior leadership or team lead responsibilities.
Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with a focus on safety and quality.
Ability and willingness to learn multiple production roles, train others effectively, and support cross-functional teamwork.
Basic computer skills with the desire to keep learning, plus a solid understanding of standard work and manufacturing processes. LEAN experience is a plus!
