• New construction heating and air conditioning equipment
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem‑solving skills
• Maintain strong customer service
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures

• 2+ years residential HVAC new construction experience (required)
• Journeyman (not necessary but preferred)
• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements)
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending
• Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated platforms)
• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations
