• Diagnose any problems with HVAC equipment
• Stay current on new products and technologies in the field
• Run service calls—repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary
• Identify opportunities for new equipment replacement and effectively communicate with the customer and install team to build and execute sales of new equipment
• Clearly document and communicate the details of each call to ensure accurate follow‑up or execution of future jobs

• 2‑5 years HVAC sales and service experience
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to handle heavy equipment

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, basements)
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending
• Ability to work at heights (ladders, elevated platforms)
• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations
