Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to assigned executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of materials.
- Organize, prepare, and edit presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Support the marketing team with the creation and distribution of communication materials both in print and on social media.
- Track safety and L&D metrics and maintain data collection.
- Draft and review correspondence, reports, and other documents while maintaining consistency with organizational branding standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and support logistics for events, meetings, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, process expense reports, and perform other executive support tasks as required.
- Ensure timely communication and follow up on action items from meetings and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison and collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Field Operations, Branch Managers, Department Managers, and Administration staff.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the executive team.
Experience and
Education Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of executive experience, preferably supporting multiple senior leaders, 6+ years of office managerial experience preferred.
- Experience supporting marketing projects or campaigns is highly preferred.

- Pay range $30-36/hour DOE
