Position Title
Children's Mental Health Practitioner (Sandburg Middle School, Golden Valley)

Pay RangeBase: $23.76/hr - $25.50/hr
Hiring bonus: $1,000 for external candidates.
ScheduleMonday – Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
1–2 days per week may start later to accommodate group and community work at the New Hope Clinic (5555 Boone Ave N, New Hope, MN 55428).
LocationsSandburg Middle School (2400 Sandburg Ln, Golden Valley, MN 55427) – in‑school CTSS services.
New Hope Mental Health Clinic (5555 Boone Ave N, New Hope, MN 55428).
Responsibilities- Using and modeling person‑centered principles, actively engage clients in their mental health recovery, and develop and maintain appropriate relationships that support the client in meeting their individual goals.
- Partner with therapists and school staff in carrying out activities in support of goals identified in the client’s individual treatment plan.
- Actively participate in all team meetings, case consultation meetings, and agency trainings, sharing relevant developments and/or expertise with other team members and advancing the reputation of services provided.
- Facilitate and conduct individual and group CTSS skill services that address a variety of needs and health concerns for the client.
