Licensed Practical Nurse: Wellness Supervisor

SAME DAY PAY available!

Hiring Full and Part time staff. On the job training; no experience required for caring, dependable individuals.

• A passion for helping seniors
• A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Ability to work effectively as a team

• Developing relationships with residents and their families and supporting the physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs of the residents
• Communicate needs to and assist resident’s doctors with medical assessments
• Supervise and motivate Caregivers and Medtechs
• Ability to maintain accurate and legible records such as nurses’ notes, incident reports, 24-hour reports and medication records

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing Program
• Current licensure by the State Board of Nurse Examiners
• Geriatric experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred but not required
• Experience with dementia care preferred but not required
