• Must have the ability to perform basic arithmetic, understand measurements, and follow written and oral instructions.
• No experience required. A willingness to learn is needed.
• Solid communication skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate resident needs.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors, and team members.
