Horwitz is seeking an entry-level Systems Help Desk Specialist to join our on-site IT team in Minnesota. You will provide Level 1 support for ERP+ and enterprise tools, troubleshoot routine issues, answer how-to questions, and triage requests for escalation.
You’ll follow established procedures, document resolutions, maintain knowledge base content, and help improve user guides while upholding Horwitz values of safety, accountability, professionalism, and curiosity.
