Avtec Finishing in New Hope, MN, is seeking a Plater / Line Operator for 1st shift. Starting pay is $26.00–$28.12/hour plus DOQ, with OT and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
Schedule:
Mon-Thu, 3:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m. Overtime Fridays. Full-time, direct hire. Training provided; no plating experience required.
You’ll operate a metal-finishing line, read work orders, monitor tanks, and ensure quality. Benefits and advancement opportunities available.
