The Warehouse Associate and Delivery Driver supports warehouse operations and delivers products to customers. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely deliveries, handling goods safely, and keeping a clean warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and can work fast‑paced while providing excellent customer service during deliveries.
Compensation$18–$22 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantity and quality.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and manage shipping schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Track and report any inventory discrepancies, damage, or loss.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Complete and maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and other key metrics.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse team members, supervisors, and other departments.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role (preferred).
- Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift and move 50+ pounds.
- Customer service focus and mindset.
- Exceptional problem‑solving and conflict resolution abilities to improve aspects big and small.
- Highly organized, able to act quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
