We are looking for an organized Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to support key employee lifecycle activities in New Hyde Park, New York. This Long-term Contract position focuses on onboarding coordination, HR administration, background screening support, and maintaining accurate employee records within HR systems. The ideal candidate will help ensure a smooth onboarding experience while supporting compliance with established HR policies and documentation standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities, including onboarding schedules, document collection, and orientation support.
• Review and track background screening steps to help move candidates efficiently through the selection process.
• Maintain employee information in HRIS platforms and update records with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR operations, including file management and employment documentation.
• Assist with compliance-related processes by monitoring required forms, policies, and audit-ready records.
• Partner with recruitment teams and internal stakeholders to communicate next steps and resolve onboarding questions.
• Prepare and organize HR correspondence, status updates, and other personnel-related materials as needed.
